Overview

About the Programme

Established in 2021, the Vietnam-Singapore Board Forum (VSBF) annually convenes board members, C-suite leaders and thought leaders from Vietnam, Singapore and beyond to exchange perspectives on corporate governance and sustainability.

From 2026, the VIETSTAR Institute of Management and Consulting (VIETSTAR) and SID Board Academy, a sub-brand of Singapore Institute of Directors, will partner to co-organise the Forum. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening board governance, fostering leadership dialogue and deepening collaboration between Singapore and Vietnam.

This 2026 theme, The Future Enterprise: Aligning profit, purpose and performance to achieve sustainable growth, will anchor curated discussions and networking on the board’s role in driving sustainable enterprise. VSBF 2026 will address a core leadership challenge: navigating the intersection of sustainability goals and technological disruption, moving beyond awareness to the operationalisation of value – particularly amidst uncertainty in funding and executing green transitions.
